I work exclusively as a Buyers Agent and have been helping clients with Sun City Texas real estate for over 25 successful years. This longevity and buyer confidence comes from my many years working for the developer, Pulte Homes/Del Webb, and learning about the homes, floor plans, construction features, and neighborhoods.

My experience as a Senior Escrow Officer working for the builder & detailed understanding of the mortgage and closing process, provides my clients the assurance needed in any real estate transaction, I am able to guide my clients through the complicated steps of homebuilding and the buying/closing process with minimal stress.

I have been the Broker for ActiveLife Realty for over 10 years with the mission of serving buyers in their search for the perfect home in Sun City Texas. My background as an academic Librarian has made me resourceful. My focus has always been to help buyers by providing answers to questions and information so they can make informed decisions about their most expensive purchase, a home.
