Sun City amenities include three 18-hole courses which are among the best in Central Texas. Sun City has 12 tennis courts are open to residents and their guests except during times reserved for Leagues, Tournaments and Social Tennis. Tennis courts are one of the many Sun City amenities located in the Village Center.
Twenty-six pickle ball courts are located throughout Sun City for residents who are avid players of this popular sport with pickleball courts being one of the newest Sun City amenities. The Pickleball Club is 1000+ members strong and promotes all levels of play.

There are over 17 miles of nature and hiking trails in and around undeveloped areas within Sun City Texas. The trails wind through beautiful native vegetation, provide a variety of wildlife, native plants and trees for residents to enjoy. Nature trails are one of the more popular of Sun City amenities.
The outdoor amphitheater is among the Sun City amenities located adjacent to the Cowan Creek Amenity Center. It has a 500 square foot stage and seating for 200. During mild weather, musical and theater events are hosted here for residents to enjoy.
Sun City amenities include the 4 amenity centers that have outdoor pavillions (3 are covered) so that residents may host a club gathering, family reunion or other special event. There are picnic tables, barbecue pits, electricity and restrooms nearby.
